Dimensions:  20x20x20 cm

This piece was made for the exhibition Late Check-Out at Plast e.V., Leipzig.

Forgotten Drawings is a piece that originates from a stuffed animal found on the street. Within the exhibition, the arm of the toy emerges from the wall and leans toward a drawing made by a child, placed on the floor. What appears is only a fragment of the body, while the rest of the stuffed animal remains hidden behind the wall, persisting in the gesture of reaching for something that is no longer fully available. The drawing—fragile and displaced—functions as a trace rather than an image, carrying the tension of what has been lost. Between the two, a distance opens up that does not seek resolution: a space in which the incomplete, the concealed, and the forgotten remain in tension, sustaining a silent scene that points to the impossibility of touching once again what has been lost.
