These are a series of pieces derived from a sound installation that investigates the void. They explore an image evoked in the title: a rabbit trapped in a snowstorm—made invisible to the eye by sharing the same color as the snow, a vulnerability that goes unnoticed. Rabbit skin leads me to think about absence in a contradictory way. The animal is absent, yet the skin still retains some of its characteristics: it is soft, white, and it holds warmth when placed against the body.
